Hi Jade,
I am the wife of Stevie Tremarco who is one of your friends on FB, and I am almost certainly related to you. I recently contacted your mum about our family connections, and whilst looking at her page I gleaned that she was unwell. I didn’t realise that you have also been through such a tough time. I have had a couple of ovarian cysts but not of the type you had. I’m really pleased you recovered from this ordeal and are back to having fun. I’m so sorry to hear about your mum though. I don’t know what’s wrong with her, but I can tell you that 20 years ago I was struck down by M.E. and still have it. In the first two years I could hardly stand up and I was housebound. I know the frustration and terror of feeling that that’s it, game over.Somehow though, I persevered and got to the point where I could walk again, even if not very far. Now I have some quality of life and although my life has many limitations I am thankful every day for the degree of health that I do have compared to other M.E. sufferers. “Don’t ever give up on yourself” is my motto, and dig deep for your last bits of resolve to keep on improving. I’m sure from what you have said that your mum already knows these things and I wish her and you all the very best with your futures. May she be much better in time. Blessings, Lynn x
